What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We are friendly to both large enterprises and small businesses like Etsy creators! For our in-stock original designs, the MOQ is very low (Please contact us for specific item MOQs). For fully customized DIY kits with brand packaging, the MOQ is typically negotiated based on your specific requirements. We always try our best to support your business growth.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We highly recommend getting a sample. For a small sample fee, we can create a real, physical sample kit in just 3-5 days. We can send high-resolution photos for your quick approval, or ship the physical sample directly to your door.
Do you offer OEM/ODM and custom packaging?
Yes, we are a true source factory. We offer one-stop customization. You can choose from our original catalog, or send us your own designs. We can also customize your brand packaging, including logo printing, insert cards, and premium gift boxes.
Are my custom designs safe with you?
100% safe. We respect intellectual property and strictly protect our clients' original designs. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) upon request.
How long does production take?
Once you approve the sample, bulk production typically takes only 1-2 weeks, depending on the order size and packaging complexity.

We know dealing with customs can be a headache. That's why we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options for most countries. This means we handle all customs clearance procedures and pay the import taxes for you. The goods will be delivered straight to your door, ready to sell!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, our human support team will provide you with a tracking number and keep you updated on the shipment status until it arrives safely.
We pride ourselves on strict quality control at our Yiwu factory. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help make it right.
For Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)
Because customized DIY kits and branded packaging are made specifically for your business, they cannot be resold. Therefore, customized orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a major error on our part. We ensure accuracy by providing physical samples or high-res photos for your approval before bulk production begins.
For In-Stock Items
If you purchase our standard, non-customized stock items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Items
Beads are small items, and while we pack carefully, accidents can happen during international transit. If you receive damaged or missing items, please contact us at info@bloomixglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photos or videos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a partial refund for the defective parts.
